Whilst the Private Equity sector in Turkey now has a good track-record (with several well-established local funds and some successful exits) it still has the potential to develop further. Many exits are in the pipeline as funds look to return capital (and this may develop a secondary market) and well-established funds are also looking to deploy “dry powder” and benefit from excellent global fundraising conditions.
