Merve Kurdak is a specialist in Capital Markets and Corporate Commercial cross-border matters.
Merve provides legal advice to a broad range of local and international clients in bond issuances, initial public offerings, stock split and contingent capital increase processes and actively takes part in drafting offering documents.
Merve advises clients for their regulatory issues. She drafts corporate documents, such as articles of association and general assembly meeting minutes. In addition, Merve has experience in intellectual property law.
Prior to joining our firm, Merve worked for top Turkish law firms in their Corporate/M&A Departments.
