Begüm Bekar specializes in corporate, commercial and technology Law (Data Protection/Privacy Law, E-commerce Law).

Begüm assists the Corporate/M&A team in providing corporate advisory services in relation to company establishment, Board of Directors’ Resolution, branch opening, share transfer, other relevant corporate procedures, e-commerce contracts and e-commerce regulations.  She also provides legal advice on the company’s strategy, project, implementation, contract and legal disputes in the perspective of personal data protection regulations and has been involved in several projects for compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
