Ecem advises local and international clients on corporate and M&A transactions, representing both buy-side and sell-side parties throughout the full transaction lifecycle. Her experience includes conducting legal due diligence, identifying transactional risks, drafting and negotiating transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and share subscription agreements, as well as managing pre-closing and closing processes, including regulatory approvals and corporate registry filings.

In addition to transactional work, Ecem regularly advises clients on day-to-day corporate governance matters, including share transfers, capital increases, corporate restructurings, and commercial agreements. She has experience in cross-border transactions and international corporate structuring, including flip-up processes, and works closely with clients to ensure alignment between legal requirements and commercial objectives.

Ecem also advises start-ups and technology-driven companies on investment rounds and scalable corporate structures, providing practical and business-oriented legal advice tailored to fast-growing companies.
