Göktürk Şahin is a senior associate with over 13 years of professional experience in commercial law, consumer law, lease law, enforcement and bankruptcy law and corporate consultancy.

He advises and represents local and international clients in complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on developing effective, solution-oriented litigation strategies. Göktürk personally handles high-value and strategically significant disputes and regularly represents clients in mandatory and voluntary mediation processes, hearings, on-site inspections and expert examinations.

In addition to dispute resolution work, Göktürk provides ongoing legal consultancy to companies operating in sectors including automotive, consumer goods, vehicle auctions, electrical appliances, heavy machinery sales and leasing, household and hygiene products, software and logistics, and contributes to the management of the Dispute Resolution Department as well as team leadership and lawyer development initiatives.
