Onur Yorgun

Onur Yorgun specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Commercial law, with a strong focus on Private Equity and Strategic Investments.

Onur advises clients on all aspects of cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, including share and asset transfers, joint ventures, restructurings, and post-closing corporate matters. He also provides day-to-day legal support on a wide range of corporate and commercial issues, including intellectual property, franchising and distribution agreements, consumer protection, e-commerce, and regulatory compliance.

His experience spans a variety of sectors, including Energy, Retail, Manufacturing, and Technology.

Prior to joining Akol Law, Onur held a senior role at a leading international law firm, where he gained extensive experience in complex cross-border transactions.
