Atakan Günay specializes in capital markets transactions, venture capital investments, and corporate law, and contributes to our team particularly in public offerings, compliance matters of publicly held companies, and general corporate work.

He has played an active role in several IPOs in Türkiye and regularly advises publicly held companies on capital increases, general assembly processes, material event disclosures, share transfers, and other matters governed by capital markets legislation.

Atakan also provides legal support on a wide range of corporate and investment matters, including venture capital transactions, share purchase agreements, and investor relations processes, and takes an active role in early-stage technology companies’ investment rounds and the structuring of their shareholding arrangements.
