Ece Gün

As a member of the M&A and Corporate team at Akol, Ece Gün advises domestic and international clients on complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, strategic partnerships, and other corporate transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border deal execution and corporate governance matters. Her practice primarily involves representing multinational corporations, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and strategic investors in high-value and multi-jurisdictional transactions across a broad range of industries.

Ece has extensive experience throughout all stages of transaction lifecycle, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation, signing and closing processes, post-closing integration matters, and shareholder-related arrangements. She regularly advises on investment and exit structures, joint ventures, capital reorganizations, governance frameworks, and complex shareholder arrangements involving both domestic and international stakeholders.

In addition to her transactional work, Ece provides strategic legal counsel on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, board and shareholder processes, management and control structures, regulatory compliance, and the negotiation of commercial agreements. Her practice combines technical legal expertise with a commercially driven approach, enabling her to deliver solutions tailored to her clients’ strategic objectives.
