With over 18 years of experience, Duygu Gültekin has advised multinational groups, private equity funds and financial institutions on complex cross-border mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures and corporate governance matters. Duygu’s practice also covers insolvency and bankruptcy, post-acquisition integrations, spin-offs, carve-outs, as well as tax-driven structuring solutions aligned with clients’ strategic goals.

Duygu Gültekin regularly guides clients through multi-jurisdictional projects involving numerous stakeholders and is recognized for combining technical expertise with a pragmatic commercial approach across all phases of corporate operations.

Drawing on her tax law background, Duygu Gültekin has also developed a strong focus on wealth management. Her work in this area includes advising on inheritance law and succession planning of family-owned businesses.
