Furkan Kızmaz

Furkan Kızmaz is a Partner at Akol Law, with a practice focusing on real estate, retail, and consumer brands. 

He advises multinational and domestic clients on company incorporations, corporate governance, day-to-day legal matters, and the establishment and expansion of business operations in Türkiye. He has significant experience assisting prominent retail and consumer brands, particularly in relation to lease agreements, permit applications, and operational legal support. 

Furkan also has extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure and investment projects, including shopping centers, airports, and hospitals. His practice covers the preparation and review of complex commercial agreements, investor and contractor relations, and regulatory compliance across the retail, construction, energy, hospitality, and mining sectors.
