Şevval Erdoğan specializes in capital markets, corporate and commercial and M&A transactions.

She assists our Capital Markets team in the preparation of prospectuses, legal reports and other documentation required for initial public offerings, ensuring compliance with the regulations of the Capital Markets Board of Turkey. She also supports clients in post-IPO corporate governance matters, public disclosure obligations and ongoing reporting requirements.

In addition, Şevval provides assistance in corporate and commercial matters, including company structuring, shareholders’ resolutions and day-to-day corporate advisory services.
